RETURNS POLICY for Made to Measure goods
Unfortunately, as the made– to-measure Goods are made to your requirements, you will not be able to cancel or change your order once made.
Please make sure your measurements are correct and accurate, since we can not accept the return of made-to-measure goods if the reason for the return is because you provided us with incorrect measurements. However this will not affect your legal rights as a consumer in relation to made-to-measure goods that are faulty or not as described.
We pride ourselves in the quality products we supply, however on occasion you may wish to return a faulty or incorrect item. If you’re looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your original order so we can get this sorted for you. RETURNS POLICY FOR ACCESSORIES
If your item is faulty you can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
We will send your replacement to the original delivery address.
We hope you don’t but if you change your mind and wish to return goods which are not made-to-measure (for example unopened glue) it is your responsibility to organise and pay for delivery back to UK Premium Grass.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. Items must be returned in as new saleable condition. All goods will be inspected on return.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery.
Should the goods be returned in the correct condition a refund shall be processed to you within 21 days to your original payment details.
